MORGANTOWN — One person was killed in a tractor accident Wednesday evening in Wadestown.
Monongalia County Sheriff’s deputies were leaving a call for service on Zeb Haught Road when they saw a Kubota farm tractor rollover an embankment, overturn and trap the driver, the sheriff’s office said in a press release.
Deputies were unable to remove the tractor and the driver died of his injuries, the release said.
Mon EMS, Wadestown VFD and Fairview VFD assisted deputies.
The department is not releasing additional information at this time, according to the release.
