Franklin Howard Nethken, 74, passed away Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown surrounded by his family. Frank was born in Morgantown on April 29, 1946, a son of the late Martha Evelyn and Arthur Charles Nethken.
Friends may call at the McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Rd., Westover, from 6-8 p.m. Monday, April 5. Graveside services will be held at Bethel Cemetery on Tuesday at 11 am with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. Graveside military services provided by Westover VFW Post No. 9916 and the WVANG Funeral Honors. A full obituary will be in Sunday’s newspaper.
