BLACKSVILLE, W.Va. — Mojo Chisler led the Clay-Battelle boys’ basketball team in scoring with 20 points in Tuesday’s, March 23, 57-49 victory over Madonna.
After three close quarters, C-B managed to pull away from Madonna in the fourth.
“We played some great team basketball tonight and finished down the stretch when we needed it the most,” Clay-Battelle coach Josh Kisner said. “The boys are starting to come together like they are capable and at that point anything can happen.”
Gavin Moore added 13 points for Clay-Battelle (7-1).
The Cee-Bees will play again at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 25, at East Hardy.
