Scott Samuel Radman passed from this life Sunday, March 14, 2021, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital after a brief but devastating illness. Scott was born Nov. 26, 1967, in Morgantown, where he lived his entire life.
He is survived by his long-time girlfriend, Deanna Pennington; his father, Saul Radman; his mother, Joanne Clark Radman and her long-time companion, Don Abrahall; his brother, Joel Radman and his wife, JoAnna Radman; his niece, Scout Radman; his aunt, Sheila Radman; and many cousins. Scott is also survived by three special young people whom he referred to as his “kids”: Mike Shaw, Ikttesh Chahal and John Kaiser.
Scott graduated from Kiski Preparatory School in 1987 and completed his bachelor’s degree in business and finance at West Virginia University. He graduated from the WVU College of Law in 1997. A lawyer by trade, Scott was an entrepreneur at heart, engaging in many successful business ventures over the years.
Scott was a kind and generous man, often jumping in to help without being asked and expecting nothing in return. He was witty and loved nothing more than to make someone laugh. Scott enjoyed traveling all over the world with Deanna, and as soon as the pair returned from one trip they began planning the next. But, above all, Scott’s greatest pleasure came from just being at home with Deanna and their dogs.
A celebration of life is being planned in the coming weeks.
The family requests that any donations in Scott’s honor be made to Rosenbaum Family House,
30 Family House Drive, Morgantown, WV 26505.
Hastings Funeral Home has been entrusted with cremation arrangements.
