Michael Lawrence Davis, 75, passed away Monday, Feb. 22, 2021, at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown.
The son of the late Richard N. Davis and Elizabeth Ann Fairchild Davis, he was born Aug. 24, 1945 in Arlington, Va.
Michael was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and he had retired from the Virginia Department of Transportation as a state road inspector.
He is survived by a son and his wife, Matthew and Nikki Davis, of Bruceton Mills; three sisters, Patricia Dannov, of San Jacinto, Calif., Suzy Trefsgar, of Amherst, Va., and Elizabeth Davis and her spouse, Kevin McDonnell, of Key West, Fla.; and three grandchildren, Mairyn, Isabelle and Alan.
A private service and burial will be held at the Brick Church Cemetery in Huttonsville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Bruceton United Methodist Church, 147 Union St., Bruceton Mills, WV, 26525.
Carl R. Spear Funeral Home, Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, is assisting the family with the funeral arrangements.
