Lyle G. Cobb, 66, died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2021, in his home surrounded by his family. He was born Nov. 28, 1954, in Greene County, Pa., to Charles and Betty (Donley) Cobb. He was an oil field worker and mechanic, having worked for Summit Well Services. He was a U.S. Marine veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy (Geist) Cobb, whom he married Dec. 31, 1982; three sons, William (Robin) Ennis, of Hartville, Ohio, James Ennis, of Waynesburg, Ohio, and Anthony (Melody) Cobb, of Minerva, Ohio; two brothers, Donald (Joan) Cobb, of Rittman, Ohio, and Dallas (Kay) Cobb, of Waynesburg, Pa.; 11 grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
Following cremation, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
