Ruth Ann Brown, 55, passed away at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2021. She was born on Dec. 7, 1965, to the late Gary Allen Brown and Lola Jean Shaffer Brown at Saint Vincent Pallotti Hospital in Morgantown.
Private family services will be held at Hastings Funeral Home with the Rev. Wesley Dobbs officiating. Interment will follow at Halleck Cemetery.
