Chadwick “Chad” Chapman, 54, of Shumiloff Lane, Morgantown died at his home on Friday, Nov. 20, 2020, following a long illness. Chad was born Aug. 18, 1966, in Michigan, son of the late Ralph N. “Tony” Chapman and Rose Schifano Chapman.
