Margaret Elizabeth Higgins, 70, of Blacksville, died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2020, in Morgantown.
She was born Aug. 13, 1950, in Morgantown, a daughter of the late William Allen Kisner and Margaret Grace Barnes Kisner.
Margaret was a loving homemaker.
Surviving are two sons, Joshua Kisner, of Baltimore, and Robert “Bob” Matteo, of Morgantown; one daughter, Carrie Lestz, of Baltimore; one brother, John Kisner, of Reedsville; one sister, Frances Bailey, of Morgantown; several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Phillip Rodney Higgins, who died on March 29, 2020; two brothers, Ronald Kisner and Cecil Kisner; and one sister, Lila Rose.
At the request of the deceased, her body will be cremated. A celebration of life service will be held in the future.
The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of the arrangements.
