Herbert Fletcher, 61, of Westover, died Thursday, June 18, 2020 at his residence.
At the request of the deceased, he will be cremated and all services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of arrangements.
