Missing Preston County man last seen hiking to forest

MASONTOWN — A missing Preston County man has been sought by searchers in the Bull Run area.

Dylan Englehart was last seen at midnight Tuesday, hiking into the forest from the parking lot at Bull Run. He was reported missing the next day.

Preston Sheriff’s Capt. J.H. Bryan said Masontown, Reedsville and Kingwood Volunteer Fire Departments; the Preston County Dive Team; Fayette County (Pa.) Search and Rescue; the Mountaineer Area Rescue Group and sheriff’s deputies have participated in the search.

Englehart is a white male, about 6 feet tall, with dark hair. Anyone with information about him is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 304-329-1611.
