Sandy Bohon Johnson, 68, of Morgantown, passed away Monday, April 13, 2020, at her home with her husband by her side.
Sandy was born June 8, 1951, in Morgantown, a daughter of Helen E. and Junior Bohon.
Sandy had a love for animals like no other. She also enjoyed working in the pediatric ICU at WVU Medicine until she decided to move on in order to spend time with family.
She is survived by her husband Daniel V. Johnson, of Morgantown; four children, Frank W. Thomas (Lisa), Sherry Thomas, Deanna Burnette, and Becky Boggs (Chris); two stepsons, Chris and David Johnson; 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Melvin Bohon (Eileen) and Raymond Bohon (Annie); and cousins, Jean Buterbaugh and Tim Nicholson (Kim).
Sandy was preceded in death by her grandfather and grandmother, Raymond Earl and Ada E. Ayersman, mother, Helen E. Bohon and grandaughter Rylee S. Burnette.
Sandy will be laid to rest with her mother and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
