Two people were taken to J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital after a single-vehicle wreck Thursday morning on Harman Run Road.
A 2014 Chevrolet Traverse, driven by Sandra Hart, 72, of Morgantown, crashed into a fence alongside the airfield after running off the right side of the road, on Harman Run Road, 50 feet south of the Mileground, Morgantown Communications Manager Andrew Stacy said.
The vehicle came to rest against the Hart Field at Morgantown Municipal Airport sign.
Both Hart and 19-year-old Josiah Hart-Powell were taken to the hospital after complaining of injuries.
The damages have not yet been determined and no charges have been filed because the crash is still under investigation, Stacy said.
