MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The West Virginia rifle team holds steady at No. 3 in the College Rifle Coaches Association (CRCA) rankings.
This week’s rankings are based on NCAA Team Selection Rankings, which are comprised of a squad’s top-three scores earned at three different venues. The Mountaineers (9-0, 7-0 GARC) claim an average of 4717.67.
The No. 3-ranked Mountaineers will battle No. 1 Kentucky (15-0, 6-0) for the Great America Rifle Conference (GARC) regular-season crown at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Bill McKenzie Rifle Range inside the WVU Shell Building. Admission is free.
