Doris V. Chipps, 85, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020, at her home. She was born Aug. 27, 1934, in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late Clarence and Gertrude Pearl (Talbert) Woods.
Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, from
5-7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, and again from 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9, until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. with Pastor Junius Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Morgantown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Morgantown Hospice, 3596 Collins Ferry Road, Suite 250, Morgantown, WV 26505.
