MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The Mohawks hockey team soundly defeated Trinity on Thursday by a score of 8-0.
Brayden Wilson led the Mohawks with two goals and an assist. The other goal scorers were Jay Anderson, Daniel Arthurs, Matthew Derk, Ridgely Fahey, Elijah Riggleman and Reis Snider. Derk, Nathan Goldcamp and Adonte Shepard and each notched two assists, too. Blake Phillips faced just 14 shots, stopping all of them.
The Mohawks will play again at 8:15 p.m. Thursday against Carrick.
