Wanda Rose Fisher Kisner, 80, of Rivesville, passed away on Monday, Feb. 3, 2020, at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown. She was born in Morgantown on Nov. 26, 1939, a daughter of the late Oliver and Agnes Fisher.
Wanda is survived by a son, Brad Kisner and his husband C.J. Fazio, of Fairmont, and her sister, Loretta Wade, of Georgetown Community.
In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Kisner and a son, Mark Allen Kisner.
Wanda was a graduate of Morgantown High School and retired from Sears. She was a member Snyder’s Temple United Methodist Church. Wanda loved flowers, shopping, beautiful clothes and being with her family.
The family will receive friends at Ford Funeral Home, DeGarmo Chapel, 207 Second St., Rivesville, WV 26588, from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, and from 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, until 11 a.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m Thursday, Feb. 6. A committal service will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens in Westover.
