KINGWOOD, W.Va. — The Preston High girls’ basketball team held a lead against Fairmont Senior but let it slip in the second half Tuesday — losing the game, 62-36.
The Knights (9-4) went into halftime with a four-point advantage but was outscored in the second half, 43-13.
Michelle Thomas led Preston with 11 points and Tori Garlits scored 10.
The Knights will play again at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Grafton.
