Patty, of Wadestown, born to Bill and Blendine Rebold, of Bula, on August 13, 1946, joined her loving Savior, Dec. 8, 2019.
She shared a beautiful life and marriage of 51 years with Robert Chisler Sr. In true Patty fashion, she cared for her husband, the love of her life, until her very last day. They couldn’t be found more than a few miles apart on a daily basis.
They raised a happy family of four children: Regina B. Chisler of Morgantown, Teresa A. Chisler, of Cassville, Robert L. Jr. and wife Lori Chisler, of Wadestown, and William “Bill” and wife Samantha Chisler of Wadestown.
These children blessed her life immensely by filling her lap with many grandchildren: Hailee, Christopher, Nathaniel, Jade, Joseph, Jonah, Elizabeth, Jewel, Hannah, Justise, Isaiah, Gabrielle, Jerrod, Olivia and Wyatt.
Some of those babies blessed her even further with great-grandchildren: Jaxon, Mable, Lincoln, Micah, Caspian, Levi and Grant. She looked forward to daily FaceTime calls to as many of these people as she could share a moment with.
Patty attended Bula Baptist Church from early childhood. She cherished her relationship with her church family as they worshiped Jesus together. These as well as many others were grateful recipients of the fruits of her labors, whether it be homemade candy, canned goods or crocheted blankets. She never ceased at doing for others. Patty was a true example of a selfless woman.
Her voice will forever praise our God and bless our memories with her favorite hymns as she sang with her mother and aunt Jean in church.
Patty is preceded in death by her parents, William “Bill” and Margaret “Blendine” Rebold, and brothers, Richard Rebold, William “Chuckie” Rebold, and August “Eugene” Rebold.
