Retired Morgantown City Police Dept. Lt. Roy Earl Zinn III, 67, of Morgantown, passed away late Wednesday evening, Dec. 4, 2019, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Friends may join the family to honor Roy’s life and legacy at Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, 108 Holland Ave., Westover/Morgantown from 3-7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, and again from 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 9, until the time of the Memorial Service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Ed Moats officiating.
The family requests that no flowers be sent to the funeral home and that contributions in Roy’s memory can be made to the Pantry Plus More, 9 Rousch Drive, Morgantown, WV 26501.
