Lois “Dollbaby” Dalton White

Lois “Dollbaby” Dalton White, 84, of Morgantown, passed away peacefully Sunday, Nov. 3, 2019, at home with family by her side.

She was born in Morgantown on June 26, 1935, a daughter of the late Charles William and Nancy Murray Blaney.

Lois was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed camping, country music and spending time with her family.

Lois is survived by her three sons, Edward “Eddy” Dalton and Sharon, Mickey Dalton and wife, Theresa and Charles Dalton, all of Morgantown; daughter-in-law, Donna Dalton, (wife of the late Danny Dalton); stepchildren, Kathy Collins and Donald Dalton; 10 grandchildren, Tara Burns and husband, TJ, Jodi McDonald and husband, Joey, Tony Dalton and companion, Cynthia Miller, Raymus Dalton and wife, Haley, Allen Dalton, Hayley Dalton and fiancé, Andy White, Charles Dalton, Katelyn Dalton, Harley and Harry Cale; eight great-grandchildren, Braxton and Jaxon Burns, Layce and Mylee McDonald, Raylee and Josie Dalton, Braylyn Dalton and Landon White; one sister, Shirley Robinson and one half sister, Candy Garrison.

She was preceded in death by two husbands, Eugene Dalton and Glen White; one son, Danny “Chub” Dalton; three stepchildren, Pam Murray, Warren Dalton and Jerry Dalton; and four brothers, Charles “Jr.” Blaney, James “Barney” Blaney, William “Dobie” Blaney and David Campbell.

The family would like to thank Hospice of Preston County and the community for their support. Also, a special thanks to her niece, Sherry Hart.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Field Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.

Friends may call at Field Funeral Home, in Masontown, from 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, until the 3 p.m. service with Pastor Donna Dalton officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, in Morgantown.
