Penny Lee Phillips

Penny Lee Phillips, 67, of Morgantown, passed away early Monday morning, Oct. 28, 2019, at her residence with her family by her side.
A full obituary will be completed and announced in the Wednesday, Oct. 30, edition of The Dominion Post.
Friends may join the family to honor Penny’s life and legacy at Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, 108 Holland Ave., Westover/ Morgantown, on Thursday, Oct. 31, from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 5 p.m. Following the funeral service, Penny’s request to be cremated will be honored by her family.
All in attendance at the funeral home are asked to wear purple or maroon, which were Penny’s favorite colors.
