Bonnie B. Carlson, 76, of Morgantown, passed away on Aug. 10, 2019, at home.
Bonnie was born on Aug. 8, 1943, the daughter of the late John and Jane Ballantyne.
Bonnie enjoyed her relationship with Christ, her time as a member and past president with the Monongahela Garden Club and enjoyed playing bridge.
Bonnie is survived by her loving husband of 55 years Carl (Ernie) Carlson; sons and spouses, Carl and Michelle and Mark and Sabrina; and brother, Jack Ballantyne.
The family would like to thank Morgantown Hospice, especially Tracy, Sun, Sara and Maureen for their kindness, compassion and professionalism.
Friends and family will be received at Spruce St. United Methodist Church, 386 Spruce St., Morgantown, from 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20, until the time of the memorial service at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Neil Leftwich officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to Spruce St. United Methodist Church.
