MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A tractor-trailer, driven by Thor Soutchal of Minnesota, rolled over at the interchange of Interstate 79 South and Interstate 68 East on Wednesday.
Area fire departments and EMS responded to the scene. The driver was transported to a local hospital for observation.
