Evelyn J. Donovan, of Morgantown, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2025, at the age of 96. Evelyn was born July 10, 1928, in Preston County, a daughter of the late Marshall and Wilma Graham.
She worked over 20 years for WVU Mountainlair.
She attended Living By Faith Church.
Evenlyn is survived by her daughters, Pamela (Glenn) Holbert of Ohio, and Betty (Jerry) Fox of Pennsylvania; five grandchildren, Tracy (Frank) Toothman, Jason (Machal) Forbes, Kevin Holbert, Brian (Maureen) Holbert, Carrie (Ethan) Beard; seven great-grandchildren, Whittney Toothman, Camden Forbes, Stella Holbert, Jack Holbert, Regan Holbert, Griffin Beard, and Aria Beard; sisters, Sylvia Jean Wright, and Elsie (Robert) Walls; along with several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Donovan; son, Robert Burl Castle; brother, Everett Ray Graham; and sister, Freda June Graham.
Private family services were held at McCulla Funeral Home and burial will take place at Sugar Valley Cemetery in Bruceton Mills.
