Norwood Franklin Dulin Jr.

Norwood Franklin “Frank” Dulin, Jr. passed away in his home Thursday, December 26, 2024.
Frank was very well known for his brilliance, humor, generosity, kindness and drive to always be a better person. Frank graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in mining engineering, magna cum laude. He also was an accomplished mechanical engineer and was a certified professional engineer. He retired as vice president, Engineering at Swanson Industries, where he made key achievements to grow the business and became one of the majority owners of Swanson Industries and Morgantown Machine and Hydraulics.
Frank was a loving father, husband, brother, and son.
He was preceded in death by his father, Norwood Franklin Dulin; his mother, Mary Woodall Dulin Summers.
He leaves behind his wife, Kimmie Beard Dulin; two children, Matthew Christopher Dulin and Amy Richelle Dulin; grandson, William Perkins; and sister, Judy Verbosky. He is also survived by his previous wife, Ricki Dulin Gardner.
One of the quotes Frank said on a daily basis was: “If you do good things and live life the right way, good things will happen to you”. Frank will be deeply missed by the many people he considered family and friends.
