Franklin C. Smith, Jr., 75, of Waynesburg, passed away Monday, January 13, 2025, in Morgantown.
A gathering will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, January 18, in the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home, Morgantown. A funeral service will follow at 10 a.m. Sunday, January 19, with visitation beginning at 10 until the service at 11 a.m.
