Margaret Belle Starr, 89, died early Thursday, November 21, 2024, in the Morgantown Health Center in Morgantown. She was born October 16, 1935, in McKeesport the second daughter to Charles and Mabel Starr.
Friends and family will be received for a visitation from 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, in Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown. A private committal service will take place at East Oak Grove Cemetery in Morgantown.
