Curtis Benjamin Walker

Curtis Benjamin Walker, 54, of Kingwood, passed away Sunday, November 3, 2024, as the result of a motorcycle accident.
He was born March 31, 1970, in Morgantown, a son of Richard Gerald Walker of Daybrook, and Neila Kisner (Danny) of Morgantown.
On November 8, 2016, he married his loving wife, Lisa Greaser Walker, who survives in Kingwood.
Mr. Walker was a 1988 graduate of Clay-Battelle High School and began his career in the United States Air Force. He served in Iraq in 2010 and was in the 201st Airlift Squadron in the D.C. Air National Guard until retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant. He was a member of the VFW Post # 826 in Kingwood.
Curtis found peace and enjoyment in life while experiencing all the outdoors had to offer, whether he was fishing, kayaking, riding his Harley, or just tinkering around the garage. He leaves behind a legacy of service and love for his family and his country.
In addition to his wife and parents, Curtis leaves behind to cherish his memory two daughters, Alison Clemens (Matt) of Arbutus, Md.; Ashli Pritt (Chad Howdershelt) of Fairmont; two sisters, Kristina VanKirk (Lee) of Worthington; Donna Gray (Will) of Fort Ashby; a brother, Nathan Walker of Terra Alta; lifelong friend and military brother, Rob Burke of Bealeton, Va.; and the best canine companions, Martial and Finn.
The Walker family will have a graveside service at 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 12, at the Grafton Nation Cemetery, with Military Honors bestowed by the U.S. Air Force.
