Patty von Wolffradt passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
She was born in a small town of Tunnelton, W.Va., a daughter of the late John and Blondell Nine.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her only brother, John Ronald “Bucky” Nine; and her son, Bart von Wolffradt.
She taught school in Ohio for a few years, where she met her husband, Carl von Wolffradt. They married November 28, 1958, and had three children: Bart, Stuart, and Beth.
After a couple of years in Toronto, Canada, she lived the past 65 years in California.
Patty is survived by her husband, Carl; her children, Stuart von Wolffradt and Beth Krappman and their spouses, Justine von Wolffradt and John Krappman; and five grandchildren, Andrew Krappman, Katie Krappman, Annie Krappman, Audrey von Wolffradt, and Abigail von Wolffradt.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a favorite charity of one’s choice.
