Harvey Donald Kisner, Jr., 74, of Morgantown, passed away Friday, October 4, 2024, in the presence of family.
Friends and family were received from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 8, in Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown, where visitation will continue from 10 until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 9, with Pastor Tim Wotring officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery at Pisgah in Preston County.
