Ryan Davis Lincicome, 52, of Maidsville, died Sunday, September 15, 2024.
He was born in Morgantown, a son of Robert D. and Jan (Cutlip) Lincicome, of Vienna.
He graduated from Parkersburg High School and attended SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) and West Virginia University-Parkersburg. Ryan was an accomplished artist, and his work hung in many galleries from Georgia to West Virginia. He loved the outdoors, especially bird hunting and fly fishing, and enjoyed tying flies for friends and family. You could always find him with his pets or in his garden in the summer.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of almost 15 years, Lynn (Stutler) Lincicome; brother, Robert C. Lincicome (Taia), of Vienna; beloved nieces, Nicole and Ryan Elizabeth Lincicome; sister, Kerri Threatt (George), of Marietta, Ohio; McIntyre and Drennan Threatt; sister-in-law, Angela Shawver (Chad), of Williamstown; niece, Olivia Shawver; brother-in-law, Mark Kyle Stutler (Lacey), of Mineral Wells; Lainey and Tony; niece, Madison Southhall; and mother and father-in-law, Karen and Brian Flanery, of Parkersburg. He is also survived by his beloved pets, golden retriever, Murray, Chesapeake Bay retriever, Dex; cats, Baby, Patch and Kenney; tortoise, Herbie; and chickens, Reba, Jolene and Loretta.
Services will be at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 20, with Pastor Bill Dunfee officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery North. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19.
