BlaineTurner Advertising (BTA), a marketing and public relations agency, announced that it, along with its clients Maryland Physicians Care (MPC) and WVU Medicine St. Joseph’s Hospital, were awarded the prestigious Award of Excellence at the 30th Annual Communicator Awards.
The Communicator Awards, the largest and most competitive awards program recognizing creative excellence in communications, received more than 3,000 entries from around the globe this year.
Esteemed winners included Disney, The White House Historical Association, Mastercard, AARP, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and PepsiCo, among other notable organizations.

- MPC — It’s Scary: BTA collaborated with MPC to conceptualize, script, film, produce and promote its local TV spot, “It’s Scary.” Co-branded with Holy Cross Health, this video aims to build trust among Medicaid members and convey that help is readily available through MPC. - St. Joseph’s Hospital — Da Vinci Xi. BTA worked with the hospital to oversee and produce all aspects of its medical commercial featuring its Da Vinci Xi surgical system. This innovative robotic system enhances surgical precision while minimizing pain, infection, blood loss, scarring, hospital stay and recovery time.
