Robert Michael Allender II, 69, of Huntington, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2024, after a long illness. His beloved children, Rob and Felicia, were at his bedside.
Robert was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Mary Anne (2019), and his father, Robert (1989).
Robert is survived by his cherished children, Rob and Felicia. He is also survived by his adored grandchildren, Robbie and Allie, and daughter-in-law, Kristin. He also leaves his sister, Susan; his former wife, Jeannie, and his step-grandson, DeSalle Jenkins, to cherish his memory.
Service will be held in Charleston, where Robert lived for many years and where he raised his family. Memorial visitation will be held at Barlow Bonsall Funeral Home, 1118 Virginia St. E., Charleston, WV, from 3-6 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 1.
He will be laid to rest in Lawnwood Cemetery, Morgantown, in the family plot with his father on Friday, August 2. Jenkins Funeral Home in Morgantown will provide burial services.
