Allison Bryan-Wolfe, best known as Allie to those around her, passed away at the age of 45 in her hometown of Morgantown on July 27, 2024.
She was a woman defined by her strong will and love for those she held close. Despite her strong demeanor, Allie was a warm and loving person to those she cared about.
Allie leaves a legacy of strength in her only daughter, Bobbi Bryan-Wolfe. The bond between her and husband, Jamie (James) Wolfe forever held close, regardless of the ups and downs the pair faced. She was the loved daughter of Margaret A. Frisby; the cherished sister to Katy Bryan and Jeremy T. Bryan; and beloved sister-in-law to Holly Wolfe Hinerman and Heather Wolfe; and a treasured daughter-in-law to James and Iris Wolfe.
Allie could always be found working on at-home projects or crafting. She showed her love in her actions, whether big or small. Allie was never scared to show those close to her deep love for them. She truly was the most caring person when she loved you. She was the best friend a person could have; she was the definition of a ride or die. Some of the lives she touched more than the people around her were her canine children, Brooklyn and Bentleigh, as well as her granddogs, Lunar and Ava. If there was something she loved more than her daughter, it was those dogs who she spoiled more than necessary.
Allison was preceded in death by her father and stepmother, Bob and Karen Bryan. Allison spent the better part of her life striving to keep their legacy alive. And as you always said, Mother, “I’ll love you forever and always, to the moon and back.”
Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate the life of the strongest woman known, Allison Bryan-Wolfe, at McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, Westover, WV, from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 1. Following the visitation, McCulla Funeral Home will provide cremation service.
