Lola I. Trickett, 88, of Shalersville, Ohio, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024, in Cleveland.
She was born March 6, 1936, in McCurdysville to Paul L. and Stella P. (Grubb) Kennedy.
Lola worked as a bus driver for Aurora City Schools and as a cashier for Revco. She also worked for the Portage County Board of Elections.
Survivors include grandchildren, Paul Trickett and Jeremy Humbert (fiancée Angela Jarrells); and great-grandchildren, Isaac Trickett, Ethan Humbert, Evann Humbert, Eligh Humbert; and siblings, Mary Ellen Nations, William Kennedy and John Kennedy. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David C.; daughter, Paula J. Trickett; sons, Carl D. and Raymond Trickett; and siblings, Asell L. Kennedy and Rose Ledsome.
Calling hours will be from 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday, March 26, at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel, followed by a graveside service at Riverside Cemetery in Shalersville.
