Carl Louis Haines, Jr., 89, of Dilliner, Pa., died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024, in the WeCare Nursing Center, Waynesburg, Pa. He was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. Services will be held at Richard R. Herod Funeral Home of Point Marion at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 26.
