BRIDGEPORT — Morgantown senior Sharron Young logged a triple-double as his Mohigans (19-1) picked up a 78-58 road win at Bridgeport Wednesday evening.
Young scored 30 points by way of 11 field goals — three three-pointers — with 11 steals and 10 assists. He also pulled down four rebounds for good measure.
Jacob King offered top support with 14 points and seven rebounds of his own. Brady Savage joined them in double figures with 10 points.
Jack Spatafore led Bridgeport with 15 points.

Morgantown 63, Buckhannon-Upshur 38
BUCKHANNON — For the second night in a row, Morgantown freshman Kayli Kellogg poured in 30 points as the Mohigans (14-7) topped Buckhannon-Upshur 63-58 on the road Wednesday.
Kellogg’s 30 points matched her performance against University on Tuesday.
Paige Smith supported with nine points while Sofia Wassick added eight.
The Mohigans will open sectional play at home Tuesday against John Marshall at 7 p.m.
