Kay was Catholic by faith and attended St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. John and Kay retired and moved from Farmingdale, New York. to Morgantown, in 1985. They loved West Virginia and embraced their retirement years. Kay was a dear friend to many. She formed new friendships at every stage of her life. She was kind, fun, funny, lovely, and truly all things good. She had a way of making everyone feel loved as though they were family. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren. She cherished celebrations, visits, calls, cards, and helping them at a moments notice.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at Morgantown Healthcare Center, the Hospice doctors, nurses and staff at Ruby Memorial 7 West, and our family, friends, and neighbors for the prayers, love, food, calls, and texts during this difficult time. Kay was a longtime advocate and contributor to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital and Research.
