Kevin Lee Yost, 63, of Morgantown, passed away at Cape Canaveral Hospital in Cocoa Beach, Fla., on Dec. 18, 2023. Kevin was born in Fairmont, on Oct. 13, 1960, to Jack Lee Yost of Core and the late Elizabeth “Betty” Yost.
Kevin worked as a carpenter for West Virginia University. Kevin enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was also a member of the Mt. Morris Sportsman’s Club.
In addition to his father, Kevin is also survived by his wife, Diane Yost; sons, Lee Yost (Sarah), Evan Yost (Kady), Brett Pettit, Dale Pettit, and Jason Miller (Crystal); 11 grandchildren; and a brother, Mark Yost and his wife Linda; and one niece, Kasey Yost; and a special friend, John Hamilton (Deniece).
In honoring Kevin’s wishes, there will be no services and McCulla Funeral Home has provided cremation services.
