Ada Mae “Sue” Sine, 84, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, Dec. 7, 2023, in the Mon General Medical Center. Born in Uniontown, Pa., on Dec. 3, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Arnold and Sylvia (Smitley) Klink.
Sue was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed looking after her family. A lifelong Apostolic by faith, she loved to worship her Lord, and could often be found in church singing, playing the piano or guitar, or participating in any other way she could.
Surviving is her son, Paul “Turtle” Salisbury (Charlene Bryner) of Masontown, Pa.; and daughter, Mary Martin (Ralph Martin) of Point Marion; three grandchildren, Shelby Salisbury, Bethany Chicarelli and Mark Sangston; two great-granddaughters, Rowan Chicarelli and Brooklyn Salisbury; and a brother, Keith Klink of North Carolina.
Deceased is her first husband, Paul Salisbury; her second husband, Freddie Sine; two daughters, Ebbie Salisbury in 1991, and Linda Knopp in 2019; and two brothers, Henry Klink and James Klink.
Friends will be received in the Richard R. Herod Funeral Home, Point Marion, from 2 -4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 11, and again Tuesday, Dec. 12, from 11 a.m. until the noon hour of service, with Pastor Kathy Griffith officiating. Interment follows in Evergreen Memorial Park, Point Marion.
