Don Paul Clawges, age 62, of Westover, passed away Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023, at Mon Health Care after an extended illness.
Don was born April 11, 1961, in Morgantown, a son of the late Russell M. Clawges, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Everly Clawges.
Don graduated from Morgantown High School and West Virginial University.
Don had been employed at WVU Medicine, Copart and Fed Ex.
Don is survived by two brothers, J.D. Clawges (Ladonna) of Morgantown and Russell M. Clawges, Jr. (Ellen) of Morgantown; nieces and nephews, Heather Clawges (Matt Rowan), Megan Howell (David), Steven Clawges and Ryan Clawges (Ashley) and Diana Goodwin; his ex-wife and best friend.
In honoring Don’s wishes, McCulla Funeral Home has provided cremation services.
Friends may gather at McCulla Funeral Home from 9 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9, until the 11 a.m. memorial service with Pastor Kevin Cain officiating.
