Bobby Lee loved playing cards or games with family, a good bonfire, feeding her birds, and a picnic. Living a life of simple pleasures, she rejected material things as “just something else to dust.” She was “Auntie” to all of us who loved her and she will be dearly missed.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation services will be provided. Visitation will be held at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, from 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 28, until the time of the memorial service at noon with Pastor Zac Morton officiating. Inurnment will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens in Westover with the United States Air Force providing flag folding military services at the graveside.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Mon River Trails Conservancy (MRTC) PO Box 282, Morgantown, WV 26507 are appreciated. Her home in Van Voorhis was next to the Rail Trail, which she enjoyed.
