Vicky DeVall, 73, of Reedsville, passed away Friday, Aug. 18, 2023, at her home. She was born Aug. 19, 1949, in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Geneva (McDonald) Harvey and is survived by her husband of 33 years, Gregory DeVall.
