Howard David “Dizko Dave” Martin, 66, of Morgantown, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 17, 2023, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Alliance, Ohio, on Aug. 29, 1956, a son of the late Horrace Alfred and Hester Wiley Martin.
Howard is survived by a son, Timothy Martin of Lisbon, Ohio; his siblings, Randy Furbee of Morgantown, Horrace “John” Martin of New Springfield, Ohio, and Anne Martin Snay and husband Tom of East Palestine, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
