The Mountaineer Parents Club hosted an “I Survived Move-In” event for parents and other family members who helped their students get moved to Morgantown on a rainy Thursday.
The event continues today and Saturday from 10:30 a.m.-7 p.m. at the Evansdale Crossing, 62 Morrill Way, Morgantown. Families will be greeted by staff members and refreshments as a way to relax after the heavy lifting is over.
Classes begin Aug. 16 and the university has a plethora of activities planned to welcome students back to Morgantown and to campus.
Highlights of Welcome Week include cookouts, WV Up All Night events, academic sessions and Fall Fest. The Fall Fest line up is expected to be announced today.
