William “Bill” Edward Mankins, 60, of Reedsville, entered eternal rest, at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown, on Thursday, August 3, 2023.
Graveside services will be held at the West Virginia National Cemetery, in Grafton at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, August 9, with full military honors.
