James Edwin Dean Jr., 65, of Morgantown, passed away Friday, July 28, 2023, at Morgantown Health & Rehabilitation Center.
He was born in Harrison County on April 27, 1958, a son of James Edwin “Bill” Dean Sr. and Madelene R. Osborn Dean.
No public services will be held, and Mr. Dean will be cremated.
