Sharon Louise Foster, 75, of Greensburg, Pa., passed away Sunday, April 9, 2023, at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. She was born Sept. 21, 1947, in Ruthbelle, a daughter of the late Amos Stiles and Ivy “Josephine” Talma (Bender) Stiles.
Sharon graduated business school and worked as an office manger for many years. Prior to retirement, she worked at PNC Bank for 32 years. She was also office coordinator at First Presbyterian Church in Fairmont. Sharon loved crafting from jewelry to sewing snowmen.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Sandra Friend, Evelyn Thompson, and Richard Stiles, and nephew, Robert ‘Robbie’ Kraft. Sharon is survived by her husband of nearly 39 years, Richard Lee Foster Jr; children, Antoinette L. Dubovsky-Modar (James), David R. Dubovsky Sr. (Hayley), and Richard Lee Foster III, as well as her grandchildren who meant everything to her: Cody Jacob, Ethan Cole and David R. Dubovsky Jr., and Alexis Miller; her siblings, Eleanor ‘Sis’ Kraft, Julius Stiles (Sharon), Jack Stiles, James Stiles (Donna), Daniel Stiles, and Edward Hinkle (Chris); and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 N. Main St., Greensburg, Pa., from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 13. Services will be held in the funeral home at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 14. Interment will follow in the St. Clair Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
