Phyllis Ann (Hawley) Kisner, 70, of Reedsville, departed this life on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. Phyllis was born on Sept. 8, 1952, in Kanes Creek. A daughter of the late Harold Lloyd and Margaret Viola (Dalton) Hawley. She is survived by her husband of 43 years Kenny Kisner.
Friends may call at Kingwood Funeral Home, 295 South Price St., Kingwood, from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, April 10, and from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., the funeral hour, on Tuesday, April 11 with the Rev. John Brosky officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made in Phyllis’s honor to Kanes Creek United Methodist Church, 554 Moran Road, Kingwood, WV 26537.
